R. Dave Newman

Dave started his professional career as a real estate broker with his own firm. He was introduced to Primerica by an old high school classmate. When he saw how Primerica educated people on how to become properly protected, debt-free, and financially independent, using a common-sense approach, he joined.

In 1983, he sold his real estate business and went full-time into financial services. Dave immediately focused on building relationships with his clients.

This is truly a family business for Dave as both his sons, David and Michael, are in the business with him. They help enhance the client experience.

Dave and his team of advisors have been serving the financial needs of clients for decades. He is proud of his diverse team and their work in building this business alongside him. Over the years, Dave has been honored by Primerica for his accomplishments with the company.

David P. Newman

David had grown up around the business for most of his life with his father being with Primerica since 1983. David has lived in Toledo all his life. He graduated from St. John’s Jesuit High School in 1989 and then attended Kent State University.

He joined Primerica in 1992 while attending Kent State University for accounting. While in college David obtained his life and health insurance license as well as his property and casualty insurance license. He became securities licensed in May 2000.

David has been serving clients with a determined goal to assist them with their objectives to comfortably retire. His goal – one that is shared with his father and brother – is to ensure his clients become debt-free, properly protected, and financially independent.

Michael A. Newman

Michael started part time with Primerica in 2000 with a life insurance license. In 2005, Michael obtained his securities license and incorporated investments into his business.

Now, years later, he can’t imagine working anywhere else. As office manager, Michael provides IT and customer service support to ensure the business runs smoothly in addition to ensuring his own clients’ needs are met. Michael is proud to be part of the Newman Team and looks forward to what the future brings with Primerica.

I graduated from Springfield High School in Holland, Ohio, in 2012, and while in high school I participated in activities such as baseball, choir and drama club. Choir and drama club were a natural fit seeing as my father had been a professional musician for over 40 years entertaining across the country opening for acts such as Crosby, Stills and Nash and America. I enjoyed performing with my father and with my musician friends from the fraternity.

My goal for each client is to help them feel confident in their decisions by developing an easy-to-understand investment strategy. These strategies will help them navigate retirement planning and other important life events. My experiences and financial insights are shared with you to help address your critical questions about investing.
